If we were having coffee right now (or a glass of wine 🍷), what’s one thing you’d tell me about your business journey?

I would say, I feel so overwhelmed by the HOW of business and that I am far better at dreaming things up than executing them - that I have so many ideas but no 'one' place to start. I suffer from indecision, because I fear making the wrong decision and failing before I've even really started. And, like Jamie ^ I think - who am I to be in this space? ..and wonder if the years I have spent studying are really enough to support the clients I might one day attract. It's an anxiety spiral. I need a herbal and some meditation 🧘‍♀️ 😆
Welcome to the Blissful Biz Hive 🎉
This space was created for yoga teachers who are ready to grow their online business with more clarity, support, and momentum — without the overwhelm of trying to figure it all out alone. Here’s how to get started: 1. Introduce yourself 🙋‍♀️ Share a little about your teaching, your offer (or the one you’re working on), and where you’re based. We’d love to get to know you. 2. Explore the Hive 🐝 Take a look at the classroom, the coaching schedule, and the pathway so you know what’s available and how to plug in. 3. Ask questions early and often 💬 You don’t have to wait for coaching calls to get support — this community is here for feedback, clarity, and accountability. You're now part of a group of yoga teachers who are building real businesses with intention. You’ll get guidance, current strategies, direction when you’re unsure, and a community that truly understands the work you’re doing. I’m so happy you’re here — let’s make big things happen together. All love, Susanne

Hi all, I’m a home educating mother of three beautiful boys and a recently graduated Yoga and Meditation teacher. My own journey hasn’t been easy, and truly, it is what led me to study yoga and meditation. Mental health and reproductive challenges once brought me chronic pain, and it was through searching for healing that these practices became such a huge part of my life. Yoga has helped me respond to life with a little more calm, confidence, and awareness. I’m fascinated by how our brains and bodies connect—how stress shows up in our nervous system, how life, lived experiences and relationships shape it, and how all of this can affect women’s health and fertility. I hope to create spaces where people feel seen, supported, and safe. I’m exploring both online and in-person classes, keeping them small and gentle, and learning the tech side of things along the way - something that is quite difficult for me, as my mental health challenges earlier in my life led me to give up all social platforms and severely limit my use of technology. So it feels a bit scary. Right now, I feel a little lost after a few knock backs in my community and so I am just focused on learning, growing, and building slowly—finding ways to reach the people I hope to support while keeping it sustainable and thoughtful.

I’m a mother and lifelong student. Yoga met me along my path, and now I share what I love while learning how to build something of my own.
