🛡️ The truth of God is our protection 🛡️
Ladies, for real, I'm not feeling well today. 🤧🤒Reading Psalms 91 over myself, and verse 4 stuck out. Ps 91:4 He shall cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you shall take refuge. His truth shall be your shield and buckler. Upon researching, it says the buckler is a round shield used for close-contact fighting. A shield is a much larger one that you dig into the ground and hide behind when spears, arrows, or rocks are being launched at you in a bigger attack. Ladies💮, we don’t wrestle with flesh & blood but against evil forces, so standing on/in the truth of God creates a protective shield. Knowing who we are in our identity in God is significant and standing firm in it. For you are Daughters of the Most High King! Thank you, Lord, for Psalm 91. Such a wonderful chapter to pray over yourself and family daily, but also in a time of need. 🙏⚔️🛡️🩸 ✝️Any bible verses that are your go-to that you would like to share?

Knowing Your Identity in Christ as the daughter of the Most High King brings joy and a smile. The power in that smile of knowing you are His does the following: Fun facts: lowers blood pressure, heart rate, strengthens the immune system, and relaxes the body, promotes the feel-good chemicals, reduces stress, is a natural pain relief, and lowers the risk of early death....wow, this is just to name a few... 💮💮Be blessed, ladies, have a great weekend!💮💮 Proverbs 15:30, A cheerful look brings joy to the heart; good news makes for good health.

This made me think and ponder today while traveling back home from where my husband works. The TSA agents were so smiley and friendly; it really lifted my mood and made the process more joyful. A smile and a friendly voice do wonders.

Tiffany, I'm so sorry to hear this. Father God, I lift up Tiffany to you. Wrap Your loving arms around her. Lord, it says in Psalm 147:3 that You heal the brokenhearted and bind up their wounds.❤️🩹 I pray this for Tiffany. Lord, light her paths and make it straight in the way that she should go in this season, and Lord, we pray for restoration, however that looks, Lord. If there is any way of reconciliation, make a way. Lord, You are the way maker, the miracle worker. Holy Spirit, make Your very presence known to Tiffany; however, this looks for You are our divine helper, guide, counselor, intercessor, and a source of strength. The joy of the Lord is our strength, so I ask for more strength and peace for Tiffany in this difficult time. Lord, sometimes we need to be still and know that You are our God. Meet every need that Tiffany has and bless her for You are a good, good, Abba. In Jesus name, Amen. Hugs & continued prayers, Tiffany 🫂

What does self-care this week look like to you to honor your body as a temple of the Holy Spirit? Scripture verse: Mark 6:31 And He said to them, "Come aside by yourselves to a deserted place and rest a while." For there were many coming and going, and they did not even have time to eat.

For me, it was a long hot shower, a nice walk and then a A&W Root beer float. Nothing fancy but something I enjoyed so much. How about you?
