I got my Order apparently already 2 Days ago but my USPS shipping didn’t update. Now it sat in the Garage Mailbox for 2 Days 🥴 Is it still good?

As in my titel, the last couple weeks were frustrating and painful. The meds had me rette n water, accelerated my inflammation and i gained 14 lbs. I just started microdosing again but feel the food noise. I wonder how the steroids change possibly how i should restart? Any advice? I so react strongly to meds in general and never had to exceed the starting dose of 2.5mg of Tirz.

Back from a couple weeks of agony, i had issues and had to stop all peps. Timeline: Dec 2024 i found Kristina’s amazing group and ordered Tirz. I started at 2.5mg and had no issue other than that my skin was sensitive (known side effect but not tragic). I did good for a whole year, lost 20lbs and my Lipedema did better than i had ever hoped for. Fast forward to beginning of 2026. I had to go down with dosage (never went over the 2.5 actually) and tried microdosing. Whenever i poked i had incredible dizziness after, my heart was racing at night and i had anxiety. Just the side effects and none of the good ones anymore. I tried Cagrillintide, however - first injection was nothing but second gave me headaches and again dizziness. Now i try to stay off for 8 weeks and worry if i can even start again. My inflammation came back and my legs „grew“ 2 inches both sides and the pain is back 😕
