Using Claude Cowork and Lovable, I set up an automatic bid-finder that searches for government bids/RFPS and sends me a list every sunday night at 7pm. I also created a proposal writing app which I'm using both for lead generation and in my done for you proposal services. I can write twice as many proposals in the same amount of time. The app is behind a paywall now but here is a demo if interested! I just need to automate this more and get Claude to find the bids AND write the proposals without any steps in between.

Tech stack is literally a Claude skill to write the proposals. I took that same prompt and put it in Lovable and selling access to it on Stan Store. I don't know how to use Vercel yet. I read your substack about what tools you've kepts and dropped. As for marketing, I'm marketing it mostly on Threads, IG and to my email list about once a month. No hard pushes yet, but I will!
