Micro-Win to end the working week
What's one Micro-Win you had this week? e.g. drank 2L of water, got up early, wasn't late to work, finished a chapter of your fave book. No win is too small - drop it below 👇🏼 and let's let off some steam by focusing on the small stuff we've managed this week 😎

@Lisa O'Brien As it approached the end of term in school and tiredness was a huge factor, I just had to push myself to do it. Also made sure I was extra organised the night before to ensure I could just get up and go.

I just went a walk in local woodland today, saw a deer and a stoat within moments of each other. It taught me that even in a city it was possible to escape into the outdoors and see amazing wildlife and enjoy some escapism.
Monday Gear Chat ⚒️
Unpopular opinion time… There’s a lot of outdoor gear out there that people think they need… but don’t. So this week: What piece of outdoor gear do you think is overrated or unnecessary? 👀 Something you’ve stopped carrying 👀 Something you bought and quickly ditched 👀 Or something everyone else swears by… but you’re not convinced Be honest. No judgement (well… maybe a little). 👉 Bonus: What do you use instead? Because the outdoors has never been about having more. It’s about knowing what actually matters. Drop your thoughts below 👇

Bought one of those toast racks that goes over your camping stove. Then realised its not practical and that I don’t eat toast/bread when camping.
