Looking for an end buyer who buys for lease wraps! I’m new to these types of creative deals, but everyone I’ve tried to dispo it to traditionally have all advised the same - look for a buyer who is open to wraps. Any pointers??

Happy Saturday Everyone! I have 2 lots in Port Charlotte (Off Market) Direct contact to sellers : One for $10k and another for $15k, I’m running into a issue finding buyers because both lots don’t have utilities. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance
