I received a message from spirit this morning to let the children of the sun to let down their hair, put down your burdens, and let the ocean frequency replenish your soul to enlightenment. There will be an ancient calling of cobalt electrical light coming to earth tonight around 1am. Light a candle next to your bed and let your self be blessed 🙌. It will wake up other senses in your body that have been lying Dormant. A rejuvenation of electrical nuances and calibration will activate you tonight. To be a worker of true output healing energy one must be willing to work on themselves. If we live our lives with continuous output some may get burned out or have a loss of motivation. Learning to work on yourself is an art form of continuous education for inner strength and intunement, it opens the inner eye of wisdom and helps us to maintain a sense of humbleness. In short, when we see our self in truth, its easier to see truth in others. Depends on your personal connection with your guides and soul team. I have a wide variety of connections who give wonderful reflections. Reading yourself requires the attention to your intention, for instance if im having issues moving through an emotion or feeling stuck my intention would be to understand where this is stemming from so, I would call in mother Mary to give me reflections in my emotional body. The practice isn't just realizing what the issue is, the challenge is learning to be accountable to go deeper in myself and to face my own issues and release them. ♥️

Meditation is important to do everyday. The best times for me are immediately after I wake up, like 5am in the morning to go to God first before anything else. You will be surprised by doing a simple exercise like breathing out of your 3rd eye or creating a grounding cord, how good it feels. Then the rest of the day is based on what you felt and discovered during your time of connection. Life doesn't feel as heavy anymore and you become a bit more at ease through your day.
