@Tm Hyman, absolutely. I believe I'm back on track now and am following up on Q1 goals as I work on Q2. Let's get it, brother! I am in Phase 2 of the JROTC instructor process. The packet has been submitted to the Cadet Command, I've been interviewed, and the applications have been submitted to the schools. I received the next steps via email from the Cadet Command this morning. Yay! Individual and mass recordings have been sent to the Summit's speakers. Please check your email if you haven't yet and download them to your files. Negotiations are still happening with the hotel for the 2027 Summit.

You’ve hit the revenue goals. The brand is surging. The pipeline is full. On paper, you’re winning. But at 3:00 AM, the reality sets in: If you stop, the entire machine grinds to a halt. You aren't experiencing the freedom growth promised; you’re experiencing the weight of a business that has outgrown its architect. This is the Founder’s Paradox: You’ve become the primary constraint on your own dream. Pressure is a Signal, Not a Trophy Founders often wear exhaustion as a badge of honor. It’s not. Chronic overwhelm is a clinical symptom of systemic failure. If you are the only person capable of making a "correct" decision, you haven't built a business—you’ve built a high-paying job with infinite liability. Your involvement is no longer the solution; it is the operational anchor. Growth vs. Scalability - Growth is linear: You add more hours and stress to get more revenue. - Scalability is exponential: You increase revenue while your personal workload stays flat (or drops). True scale requires moving from "Command and Control" to "Systems and KPIs." If you haven't codified your intuition into a process others can execute, you aren’t scaling—you’re just getting bigger and more vulnerable. Sustainable success isn't about the strength of your will; it’s about the integrity of your infrastructure. Real leadership isn't measured by how much you do, but by how much thrives in your absence.
