When and why to hire
When and why to hire. Just about halfway through this episode. And the why question has been proposed. Giving me some pretty serious thought as to how I run my business even today, before I hire employees. The systems that I'm building as to why I’mbuilding them and how they will play into my business five years down the road. Specifically, the difference between working for myself and owning a business and to what my end goal is. My question for you all is: when you started your business did you want to work for yourself or did you want to run a business? Did that why follow you, or change and adapt as the rubber hit the road?

I think everyone has different visions. William and it’s not right or wrong. It’s just different. As your business grows I think you’ll be able to determine if you need employees or want employees. Do you want to serve more people? Do you want to build your business bigger than what you can do and produce yourself then employees is the answer but if you’re happy working for yourself and building what your two hands can do then there’s nothing wrong with that worked your plan and as you grow those decisions can be added. As you said adapt… the dream is yours..
Gratitude
I was thinking about the recordings on gratitude. How it can change your total thought process actually it’s impossible to be grateful and fearful at the same time. Gratitude is one of the highest emotional things we can do because it affects others, but we get the strongest benefit. I was reading something and saw this great idea of having an office gratitude board to share positive moments that made a difference that day or week. What other ways can we show gratitude to the people that work for us or work with us?
How about your coke can
What we listen to, watch or even read, feeds our subconscious mind, shaping attitudes and beliefs and emotions a great way to describe it is mental nutrition. So take a positive uplifting or educational content. You’ll tend to think and feel better. Mind input equals thought output.
Letting it go
Forgiveness is such a powerful thing. Not always easy but you really have to ask? Who is it hurting? Many times they aren’t aware there is a problem… letting it go frees you to grow and move forward. Not always easy but just do it.. you won’t regret it!
Listening to Dr Paul
What great powerful insights he and Tom have shared with us… it has been a great opportunity to be exposed to a person of that level…. Thanks
