Trying to figure out my model - conflicting thoughts
Hi all! With Tiers coming in the next couple of weeks Iām trying to figure out my money model. Currently Iām free -> high ticket My dream would be: Low ticket -> high ticket so I can have a low base subscription that provides steady monthly income. Iām wondering if I should do Free -> low ticket -> high ticket. Evelyn I really admire your no-guru attitude and itās something I aspire to mimic by giving it all away. What do people think?

@Izzy Piyale-Sheard yes to this question. I just hit 100 members at $7/mo and was going to start bumping the price up per Evelyn's previous life advice...when she said "no don't raise the price, it's wokring, so wait for tiers". So I'm trying to figure out my tiers. Like you I have a high ticket certification which I sold a few years back for $3K but stopped due to covid. I guess I'll keep the $7 since the queen spoke. I have great content inside plus 1 live class a week Do we put the high ticket course up as the 3rd tier? that's what I'm thinkin so far, you? It was always "hide the price until you're on a call with them" which is exactly why I got into low ticket high value, so I can be transparent with my high ticket right off the bat and deliver so much value that upselling happens organically - so I guess it'll be my 3rd tier but would like some confirmation that's smart Then below it, obviously I can keep my $7 (with your testimonials I think you should easily convert at $7) - and Chatty recommends a $49 tier where the $7 members can attend the live calls but not ask questions. The $49 can ask questions I'll answer, come on for a "hot seat" (for teachers who are in pain and I guide them - which is powerful creating results with members inside the group but obviously the best way to learn - watching the teacher do it) plus some other Classrooms with value content . Sounds like a good plan, but then I'm thinking...wait, my first plan was to slowly bump the price up $7, $15, $25 per Evelyn's template...thereby validating the offer at each price point...so does it make sense to think people will pay the $49 without testing...or do I just do it to test it...and do I need to add more value before doing it? Are these similiar to specific questions you're contemplating?
