I followed one workoutstructure for over a year because I thought that I knew how to progress and couldnt benifit from guidence like this. I finally made the right decision- joining this community. I instantly broke many beliefs: e.g. relized how stupid it was thinking my program shouldnt be change just because Im making (really slow but constant) progress. I never had so much enjoyment doing my workouts, probably also because of the progress (dip: 22.5kgx6 -> 31.25kgx6 in 3 weeks)
