5 days in and I am working with a realtor for the Dispo. She walked one of her investors wife's through today and she loved it and saw the potential I did. I will be hearing back with a decision tomorrow! if all else fails she has 2 more investors from Denver that took an interest in the property, as the ones like the one I have are scarce and hard to come by in their market. I can see a real partnership in the realtor and another weapon in the arsenal! wish me luck!!

ARV- 230k Repairs- 20k Asking- 150k Some person in a Facebook group that is using a BRRRR strategy messaged me trying to offer 100k. First off you cant lowball a lowballer bro.
