Saturday Bible Study (Notes)
Topic: “Carrying Your Cross Daily” “Then He said to them all, ‘If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me.’” — Luke 9:23 1. Deny Yourself - Say no to temptation. No lust, ego, and don’t be lazy. You won’t accomplish these things because you’re strong, but because He IS, and he gives you the strength for the impossible. 2. Take Up Your Cross - Taking up the cross isn’t meant to be seen as “hardship”, it’s meant to be seen as a sign of obedience to the living God. - Loving those who are hard to love, forgive when it feels unfair, and showing up and fulfilling your purpose even though you feel unworthy. 3. Follow Him - Questions like “What would God want to me to do today?” are things that can help me feel more aligned to Him. - Actually DO the things you feel drawn to. Actionable Step! - Before doing anything else, pause and pray. Ask God “What does it look like to carry my cross today?”. - Write down or remember the answer, then do it.

Yo wsp brother as our sister Madeleine said it's ok to fall through your walk but just remember it's how we respond when we fall. As Proverbs 24:16 says "for a righteous man falls seven times and rises again, but the wicked shall fall by calamity." So whenever you fall just repent and come back up don't stay down. Hope this helped brother may God bless you and give you strength!
Teen follower of Christ - How to live in a worldly environment and stay firm on Christ
Hi y’all, I gave my life to Jesus when I was 15. It’s been a bit over a year now, and I constantly am struggling with abiding in Christ. I’m grateful to have grown up in a Christian household where we pray every night as a family and try to go to church every Sunday. Then, God blessed me with the opportunity to go to a boarding school that has amazing opportunities for me. Yet, it also has led me to struggle with my relationships as I am away from my family for months between each term. My family and I still pray every evening and I try to watch an online church every Sunday plus a Christian podcast that I like (I recommend Girls Gone Bible and Under the Bed podcast). However, the times that I read my Bible daily and spend time with the Lord on Sundays have become less consistent which honestly scares me. I genuinely wish to have some Christian friends to help me through these tough seasons, but there are no (at least that I know of) teens of Christ at my school who aren’t just Christian but followers of God. In other words, I just need some guidance as to how to live in such a worldly season (where all my friends do not know God and only just know about Him) and staying firm on my walk in Christ to not backslide and revert to the ways of this world. Also I’m sorry that this is super long. This has just been on my heart since the fall of the school year, and the Lord’s leading me to post this on here.

And well about friends.. well share them the good news of Jesus christ invite them to a Bible study and explain it to them and ask God to fill you woth the holy spirit to fill you with strength and courage to spread the good news brother. I hope this helped! And well may God bless you brother
You’re not too far gone. I used to think I was.
There was a season in my life where I felt like I had messed up too much, like I had drifted too far for God to still want me. I carried guilt, shame, and a quiet belief that maybe I had disqualified myself from His purpose. But God met me right there. Not with condemnation, but with grace. He reminded me that His calling on my life didn’t change just because I stumbled. “For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.” (Romans 11:29) If you’ve ever felt like you’ve gone too far or failed too deeply, please hear this: You haven’t. God still has plans for you. He still loves you. And His arms are still open. If this resonates with you, I’d love to pray for you or talk more, drop a comment or message me. You’re not alone.
