I’ve been in the program for a few months and had some major breakthroughs in my double bass playing. But the biggest surprise has come from the overall foundation this routine has established with my legs. Outside of double bass my plane is far more grounded which has translated into my timekeeping. Before this course for 30 years, I was just using my legs however and now I realize there are very deliberate muscle groups that should be activated at different tempos. game changer!
