Tracking Nutrition
Hey there! How are you tracking nutrition any tips and suggestions? In your Day in a Life video you used Macrofactor - how did you set up the app as the app does not take workouts and kcal burned into account. I find the app so much faster and better for tracking than my fitness pal. Also my fitness pal has a lot of inaccurate food data especially here in Germany. I read in the comments that you tried a lot of diffrent apps - do you have any secret horses? :)

Haha thanks a lot for your reply! I tried Hexis and really liked it but then they did update their food database and now it is almost not usable because their are just generic foods and you have the create everything else as a custom food which is soo much work. Especially if you try to not eat the same eight ingredients every day :) I am really looking forward to your blueprint because I have two extreme tendencies. One extreme is using an app like Hexis or Avitu (That is a pretty new one) that tells you exactly what to eat when and shifts your macros. My problem then is I get lost in the details and want to make every meal perfect which is very time consuming and takes away a lot of the joy of food and eating. The other extrem is eating without tracking and always getting fomo on carbs and cals and eating too much or too little... Main problem is me being some kind of perfectionist and getting lost in the details... Out of curiosity what are those things you like and customize in my fitness pal? Maybe I give the app another try :) Did you use the premium version?

@Charlie Meredith No problem at all :) You wrote: "I don’t like it, but it’s the only one that’s customisable and fast in this way I’ve found." so I was curious what you customised or why it is fast for you as other apps like macrofactor are well known to be the fastest tracking tools. Maybe you have like tipps and tricks how to mfp up or how to track fast :)
Places you have to visit with your bike for a trip
I highly recommend vosges in France. For me from Germany (Frankfurt) it is really easy to reach in 3 hours. The area is very beautiful and perfect for biking, hiking and other sports. A nice place for an Airbnb is Gerardmer. Small cute little town with some basic cafes and stuff. There is also a lake (perfect for triathletes) and another lake nearby with a campsite. Recommended hills to ride: Col de la Schlucht, Plateau des belles filles, Grand Ballon, Markstein, Petit Ballon, Ballon d Alsace, Col du Page, Route des Cretes (Flat route of around 80km over some mountain tops), Col du Haag, col des chevrères. Whats really nice in vosges is that you have plenty of routes and most hills plenty of sides you could climb to the top so it is easy to ride routes in all different directions and you do not need to ride some roads twice or back and forth. Any places you guys recommend?

I tried Dynamic Cyclist for some time... If you don´t have any inspiration for stretching and stuff this could help get an idea of some movements and stuff. After some time you should have a collection of movements and do not need the app anymore except you really do not want to think about what to do and want do to exactly what somebody tells you for 15 minutes :)
