Notes from “It’s Not Them, It’s You”
Here’s the notes from the session: Mistake #1: Thinking Your Standard Makes You a “Gold Digger” Scripture: Philippians 4:19 — “And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.” Remember God is Source; provision is His idea. ⸻ Mistake #2: Premature Commitment (Choosing Potential Over Proof) Scripture: Proverbs 4:23 — “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.” Guarding your heart doesn’t mean closing it — it means filtering who gets access. ⸻ Mistake #3: Your Approach Lacks Feminine Invitation Your presence and approach lacks femininity (you initiate, or are desperate) Scripture: Proverbs 18:22 — “He who finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favor from the Lord.” This verse confirms that he finds, but you are found. You are the good thing — not the go-getter. ⸻ The Kept Worthy Awareness Exercise™ Instructions: Rate each statement 1–5 (1 = rarely true… 5 = consistently true). Recognize: 1. I clearly state my preference for masculine provision without defensiveness. 2. I can quickly identify counterfeits vs KeepHers based on pattern, not vibes. 3. I honor my standards in public and private. Receive: 4) I keep options open until I’m clearly, consistently chosen. 5) I resist over-functioning and allow pursuit to lead. 6) I set boundaries without apology and uphold them calmly. Reciprocate: 7) I respond to leadership with appreciation, respect, and softness. 8) I communicate needs as invitations, not indictments. 9) I celebrate progress, not just perfection. Singles: 10) I can articulate my courtship process and stick to it. Wives: 10) We have 1–2 active agreements that restore leadership lanes this month. Scoring & next move: • 9–24: Stay in Keptie Academy™… revisit SELF modules and attend the Keptie Roundtable for live support. Choose one standard to practice this week. • 25–36: You’re ready to be stretched. Reserve your Love Alignment Week because it’ll give you clarity on where you need to focus specifically and tailored guidance from me on what next steps to take.

These are great journal prompts, very thought blprovking, I can’t wait to dig in. You mentioned something at the end of the call about asking a male who you’re in relationship about something but I didn’t catch what it was.
🗝️ Add Your Intro to the Keptie™️ Directory
Kepties… welcome to your official introduction moment. This space is where we celebrate who you are …not just what you do. The Keptie Directory™ is your opportunity to connect with other women who are walking in alignment, embodying femininity, and preparing (or continuing) to be Kept by God and their KeepHer. As you introduce yourself in your own separate post, remember — this isn’t LinkedIn… it’s LuxeLinked. Speak with confidence, softness, and intention. Here’s the standard I’d love everyone to follow so we can truly get to know the woman behind the wins: 🗝️ YOUR KEPTIE INTRODUCTION POST TEMPLATE 1. Who You Are (Character & Values) Share a few words that describe your essence. What do you stand for? What qualities do you embody as a woman? 2. What You Do (Career or Calling) Tell us what you do in your professional life or how you serve others — career, business, ministry, or passion work. 3. What You Enjoy (Hobbies or Joyful Practices) What fills your cup? Think travel, spa days, cooking, nature walks, journaling — whatever helps you stay aligned and feminine. 4. What “Kept” Means to You Define “Kept” in your own words. Is it peace? Partnership? Provision? Purpose? Tell us what it looks and feels like for you. 5. Your Dream Date or Dream Wedding Let us see your romantic side — describe your ideal date or dream wedding vibe. Go all in on the vision, we love details! *Please use this template to Make your own post, and choose the Keptie-Intros category so you/it can be searchable; instead of replying below.

I’m Christian—an extroverted-introvert with a tender heart and a steel spine. I value integrity, generosity, and consistency. I lead with care, keep my word, and believe softness is a strength when it’s protected by wisdom. I’m the owner of My Sister’s Keeper Birth Services, serving families as a doula, lactation professional, and birth photographer. I also create documentary work that uplifts Black midwifery and community care, including a recent project with the California Health Care Foundation. My calling is simple: protect the sacred and tell the truth beautifully. Joy looks like stamps in my passport, spa days, heavy weights and long walks, cooking and hosting, journaling before sunrise, and tending my plants. That’s how I stay centered and feminine. “Kept,” for me, is peace and partnership. It’s being cherished and well-provided for—spiritually, emotionally, and materially—so my gifts can flourish. It feels like safety, shared vision, and a man who leads with thoughtfulness and generosity while I bring warmth, wisdom, and wonder.
