You are the good thing — not the go-getter. ⸻ The Kept Worthy Awareness Exercise™ Instructions: Rate each statement 1–5 (1 = rarely true… 5 = consistently true). Recognize: 1. I clearly state my preference for masculine provision without defensiveness. 2. I can quickly identify counterfeits vs KeepHers based on pattern, not vibes. 3. I honor my standards in public and private. Receive: 4) I keep options open until I’m clearly, consistently chosen. 5) I resist over-functioning and allow pursuit to lead. 6) I set boundaries without apology and uphold them calmly. Reciprocate: 7) I respond to leadership with appreciation, respect, and softness. 8) I communicate needs as invitations, not indictments. 9) I celebrate progress, not just perfection. Singles: 10) I can articulate my courtship process and stick to it. Wives: 10) We have 1–2 active agreements that restore leadership lanes this month.
