🎬 New Episode Drop: How To Make Sure Your Event Is Purposeful
Nonprofit leaders, let’s talk about events. Are your events actually moving your mission forward… or are they just keeping everyone busy? 👀 In this week’s Meet the PlayMakers episode under The Nonprofit Playbook, Dr. Sharon and I break down how to make sure every event you host is intentional, impactful, and aligned with your mission. We talk about: • Why some nonprofit events drain your team instead of helping your mission • How to connect your events to real outcomes • What success should look like beyond attendance numbers • How to plan events that build community and sustainability Because a purposeful event doesn’t just bring people together — it moves the mission forward. 🎥 Watch the episode here 💬 Let’s discuss: What is one event your nonprofit hosts every year, and how do you measure its impact? Drop it in the comments 👇

@Veronica Shanklin I can definitely understand this but a lot of it is pretty user-friendly if you or someone on your team is good with tech. But, YouTube has a lot of amazing beginner-friendly videos and there are also a lot of beginner videos that Monday.com provides you with. I would start with those things for sure. We can also assist with some of the implementations if those things do not work.
