I am getting so excited about my agent attraction ads I have been running through REN they are really getting dialed in and I had 33 leads this week. The BEST part is the AI set me up 5 appointments and they all went really well! This is a game changer for me.

Hey everyone I wanted to tell you about our client appreciation event that we had for our top 100 past clients. We had 50 of them show up and I asked for referral and if they didn't have one I asked them to think on it and when we send out our survey about the event on Friday if they could send me a referral we would be so grateful. At the event from just asking about referrals we picked up 1 buyer sent them to get qualified today, 1 buyer that we will start showing homes to this weekend, and 1 buy/sell! This is why I have client events they are money 💰Next step we will send out our survey on Friday and lets see how many more referral's we get!! 🙌

Getting ready for the new challenge. What I have been focusing on to get ready is to make sure I make my calls EVERY WEEK DAY!! It is crazy how quickly you get results if you follow the flywheel process and get your business spinning. Today I picked up 2 new buyers. I got 2 referrals from agents out of state. 1 new listing, & 2 contracts written!
