Hi. Welcome to the Morning Cleanse group! The goal of this group is to learn how to "properly eat" in a way that supports your body. As this group grows, I also plan to bring in more "healing/healthy" workshops! I'm open to suggestions! Let me know what you would like to have in this group! @Tanya Senne-Smith I remember reading in one of MM’s books, if you have multiple ailments/illnesses, to choose the supplements for the one that’s bothering you the most and a lot of the time as you’re healing it some other stuff will resolve for you along the way because a lot of the supplements are for most ailments/illnesses. Hope this helps 💖

@Heather Klotz One step at a time. Change is hard and, in my experience, if it’s done too fast it’s often unsustainable. When I get really tired or lazy my go to is steamed potato and frozen peas cooked together and mashed together with a little of the cooking water. My family and friends say I’m weird but it works for me as it’s super easy and nutritious enough to be guilt free 😁

I’m out at a work camp for 8 days out of 14 so lunch and dinner are at their mercy but I try to choose the healthiest options. I bring a lot of my own fruit and always do my morning lemon water.
