It is rarely a lack of knowledge. For whatever reason though, we like to overthink our diet, training plan, supplement protocol so much that the biggest reason we fail isn’t because we didn’t know enough. It’s because we didn’t actually do the basics well enough to make a dent in our goals. Weight watchers still works really well for weight loss, regardless of how simple it may seem.
