I’ve been using Claude scheduled tasks on a Mac mini that runs 24/7. The issue is that Claude sometimes updates, logs out, or requires manual login again. When that happens, the scheduled tasks stop working, which defeats the purpose of automating them. Has anyone found a reliable way to keep Claude running continuously for scheduled tasks without manual intervention after updates or login prompts OR maybe there is alternative method i should consider?
Hey guys, Claude has a direct Gmail connection, but it looks like it may only support one inbox at a time. We’d like to connect at least three different Gmail / Google Workspace accounts at once, so Claude Cowork can review emails, draft replies, send emails, and manage each inbox separately. Do you know if there’s a way to set this up? Thanks, Chris
@Pragati Kunwer Thanks Pragati. I went close to your "manage each inbox separately" route, but with the Google Workspace CLI (gws) instead of an MCP server. It runs under its own Google Cloud project with the Gmail API and OAuth, as a dedicated connection to just that inbox. Difference is I drive it through Claude Code in the terminal, not Cowork, since Claude Code can run gws directly on my machine. It triages the inbox and writes replies into Drafts on a schedule, plus a second pass that learns from my edits and improves over time.
Hey Pragait, We have a Google email account and I’m looking to fully automate replies using Claude. The ideal workflow would be: 1. Claude reads incoming emails 2. If it knows how to respond confidently, it sends the reply automatically 3. If it is unsure, it creates a draft for manual review instead of sending Do you have any recommendations on how you would set this up? Thanks
Hey guys I have Claude connected to Shopify using the Shopify connection, which authorizes Claude to access the Shopify Admin API. However, I’m finding that some tasks are taking a very long time. For example, updating a single Shopify page can take 40 to 50 minutes. Is there a faster way to connect Claude with Shopify so it can make updates more efficiently? I’ve attached a screenshot showing the current setup and how Claude is connected to Shopify at the moment.
