With the pineapple! I love me some pastor tacos with pineapple. Looks delicious!
Pellet Hopper Extension
So I had only problem with the pellet grill I acquired. The pellet hopper would only hold 5 lbs of pellets. That meant for meats that require a longer cook, I would be adding pellets every 2-1/2-3 hours. The whole reasoning for using a pellet grill is to be able to set it and forget it. Having to add pellets every three hours, I might as well be smoking meat on an offset. This is a hopper extension adding a 20lbs of more pellets to the 5. This will give up to 20 hours of cooking time all depending on how hot you’re running your grill. Hello overnight brisket cooking away on the grill while we sleep.

That's all's you need right there! That looks like a very efficient and versatile setup.

Texas Backyard Cooking and More
Notice this is not called Texas Backyard BBQ. That was intentional. I believe backyard cooking revolves around many techniques and styles. I’ve lived in Texas my whole life and understand the culture. I’m also willing to learn and adapt to things that will make it easier as well authentic to our state. We have a huge Mexican influence in our cooking. I bring that into the backyard as well. Join me as we do backyard cooking Texas style
