Ive been lifting weights and using various styles and types of programs for and 15 years now. I have to say this is by far the most fun and enjoyable program ive done so far. Pat is extremely active in the community answering any and all questions. I absolutely love the follow along videos, as I workout by myself, so its nice to feel like someone is there with you. Plus with the follow along videos, Pat gives coaching and form tips, along with pushing you to give that little extra!!!
