The bravest prayer
The bravest prayer Mark 11:24 (NIV) “Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.” This verse has been alive in my life over and over again. I can honestly say, I’ve never cried out to God in faith without Him answering. Sometimes the answers come immediately. Other times, they’ve taken years, four years, even, but not once has God failed me. The key is faith. Prayer without faith is just words. But when you pray, believing that God hears you and will move according to His will and timing, you unlock the power of heaven in your life. One of my biggest prayers for years was simple, yet deep: “Lord, let me baptize my daughter one day and bring her to know You.” Month after month, year after year, I held on to that prayer. This past month, I experienced the faithfulness of God in a way I’ll never forget. I had planned to baptize my mother in the same river where I was baptized. My daughter flew in to witness it, but the day before, she sent me a text that brought tears to my eyes: “Dad, can you baptize me too?” 🥹 That moment was living proof of Mark 11:24. A prayer I had carried for so long was answered in God’s perfect time. Not a day early, not a day late. His way, His will, His glory. This is why one day, I will write a book about this verse and the power behind it, because my life is full of testimonies of how prayer + faith = God’s promises coming to life. 🙏 Prayer Heavenly Father, thank You for all the answered prayers, and even for the ones I didn’t pray but You still knew were in my heart. Lord, continue to grow my faith in You, and give me the patience to trust that my heart’s desires will always be answered in Your way and Your time. Thank You for never failing me, and for letting my life be a testimony to Your faithfulness. In Jesus’ name, Amen. What is one prayer you’ve been holding onto for years? Have a blessed day today everyone.

Absolutely our biggest enemy is the one in between our ears.
Shining Through Brokenness
Shining Through Brokenness “The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free.” – Luke 4:18 NIV Reflection with Testimony: When I think about this verse, I picture a glow-in-the-dark bracelet. For it to shine brightly, it has to be broken in several places and shaken up. In the same way, God often uses our brokenness to release His light through us. For years, I tried to hold my life together on my own, but it wasn’t until I was broken by addiction, shame, and guilt that I finally surrendered it all to the Lord. That’s when He began to heal me and perform miracles in my life. My broken places became the very areas where His light could shine the brightest. Jesus declared that He came to bring freedom to the captives and sight to the blind—and I am living proof of that truth. He took my chains and turned them into a testimony. He uses my story not just to remind me of His power, but to bring hope to others walking through the same darkness. We were created on purpose, for a purpose—and that purpose is His. Through our testimonies, healing begins—not just for us, but for those who hear and see the freedom we’ve found in Christ. Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for opening my eyes and allowing me to find my purpose in life. Thank You for the bold faith to see that You are in control. Continue to use me as Your vessel to go out and find Your lost sheep. And Father, always allow me to decrease so that You may increase in my life. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen. Remember, sometimes it’s in your most broken places that God’s light shines brightest. Let Him use your story to set others free. Have a blessed day today everyone.
