Welcome to The ADHD Hunter Tribe As soon as you’re ready, complete your first course by clicking here Introduce yourself below, when you’ve read the rest of this… then head to the Classroom for the wildest of wild tours This community is for late-diagnosed ADHD adults who are done with shame, done with masking, and ready to actually understand how their brain works. I have shared the frameworks I created as I began my own healing process at the tender age of 48… well 47 and 11 months, but who’s counting 😊 . These are the frameworks that actually stick (RAISE, SAFE, RUN). How do I know? Well, because I designed them to use your own unique, personal motivations to be the secret sauce of how you unpack your RSD, get the important (boring) jobs done, reduce the impulsive decisions and all the other invisible struggles that made us believe we were broken. No tell us three things about you:

More you say ??? - oh ok well I am a father of 2, husband of 1 and role model to none - a forester with an unusual interest in soil, an RAF veteran of the 80s, an adventure biker, retired loose head, lifeboat volunteer crap guitarist and undiagnosed hunter who’s pleased to be part of any tribe that would have me !! I have one belief and that is I believe that one day the sun will run out of gas but until then anything is possible!!
You are not a myth
I recorded this earlier… ten minutes of waffle that basically says… you’re not a myth, your experience of life isn’t a myth. because… well science!! But neurotypical… that’s a social construct with no supporting evidence

Oh another ……………..,,….????? WHAT !!! Reminds me of a The classic Hancock's Half Hour TV episode “The Missing Page", when Tony borrows a cheap murder mystery novel only to find the final page (that would reveal the murderer) has been ripped out with a jagged edge !! But yes some excellent points emphasising the importance of looking at the Science !! which we really need to do more of in many walks of health and wellbeing not just ADHD - as Neil deGrasse Tyson's famously said “The good thing about science is that it's true, whether or not you believe in it."
