Fasting!
Just an encouraging word this morning. 1 day a week for the last 7 weeks, my wife and I have fasted for 24 hours. We wrote down 3 specific prayers that we would focus on during this time. We have seen God move just as clear as day in all 3 prayers. Today is the last fast before Easter, and I’m excited to see what God is doing!
Amazing parallel drawn.
This really struck me as such an interesting way to look at our limited understanding of what we are experiencing. What are y’all’s thoughts?

Best Coach Sayings of All Time!
I know probably all of yall have been coached at some point in your life. I’m coaching out high school weight lifting team and I’m always on the lookout for new material. Let’s put together a list of the best coach sayings of all time! I’ll start, During basketball practice, our head coach started yelling “Ah huragato ichi ah sake urah.” When we all stopped to see if he was having a stroke, he yelled, “Yall don’t seem to understand English so I thought I’d try Japanese!” 😂😂😂

Never make permanent decisions based on temporary circumstances Control the controllables Learn the difference between passion and emotion, passion has a purpose, emotion is a roller coaster(I’m bragging because that one’s mine 😎)
