Every time I sit down and help other agents they always ask what should my Ad Spend be? How Many Appointments x Cost of Appointment? What is the Appointment Cost? How Many Leads it takes before you get a Booked to Show Up What is the Average # Of leads before you get a Booked Show up Appointment? For us currently its 1 out of 5. My FB Instant Form Leads are about $13.00 x 5 Leads = $65 appointments We aim for 8 - 10 appointments a day so that we actually keep 6 good ones that show up. $65 x 8 = $520 Daily Ad Spend Budget = $189,000 Annual Ad Spend Budget $65 x 10 = $650 Daily Ad Spend Budget $237,000 Annual Ad Spend Budget Average Commission Size = $3600 (writing IBC) = $18k a week ($800k Annual Gross) Average Commission Size = $1200 (writing FX) = $6k a week ($288 Annual Gross) 20% Closing Rate Average
