@Arthur Koster ok lets talk to get you a better understanding just like with any purchase you make on the internet, if given a refund, then the business you made the purchase with didnt make any money it did issue a refund you can point the refund to a bank account you want/need it to go to yes the bids start at whoever the person states, but remember your ecom site dont need to be something big fancy and elaborate it can actually be a 1 page with something like paypal on the back end to process the payment what questions do you have (Side note) you can also use your ecom to help your friends liquidate cards for a fee)
