Hey Tony, I really appreciate you replying and taking the time to guide me through this! I have built a solid foundation so far, I’m not a power lifter just a body builder and looking to take on life with a little bit more help to conquer my goals! My bench is 315 Flat, Squat 500, Deadlift 500 and I think that’s a pretty good baseline so far. I do take preworkout before my exercises during the day so it’s about 300mg of Caffiene. I was taking the Top T but I’m about to run out here shortly, that one works pretty good. Sleep is alright, about 6-7/8 hours each night. I have been diagnosed with adhd but it’s been about 6-7 years since I stopped taking them because I was thinking about joining the Air Force. Still thinking on that one due to everything that’s going on in the world at the moment haha.
