Hey Everyone, this morning I just woke up to 100,000 Subscribers! After over 3 years of pluggin' away at this channel, with some sabbaticals in between, I finally made it to this point! 😫 I wanted to give a bit of a testimony here before, but never got around to it. Last year in December, I decided I really wanted to go after this. So I joined one of the calls and asked David for some advice. I joined every single call for the next few months and applied David's advice to what I was doing. It was only a few weeks afterwards that I started to see results. Specifically, the advice David gave me was to do more research on my niche. I had the impression that I understood the niche pretty well, but I was wrong. It changes and morphs and transforms all of the time. And the channels that rise to the top stay on top by changing to these patterns. Not by changing a lot, but making small adjustments here and there is what makes the difference. But what REALLY made the difference was taking what David had said and going all in on it. There's still so much I have to learn but this is a big big milestone for me. Thank you, David!

Hey guys, I'm curious if anyone else is dealing with this. I’ve been posting for about a week now, one video and one short every other day. The shorts are actually doing pretty well now most are getting close to 4k views, and the last one hit that in under a day, which felt kinda crazy. But my actual videos, barely anything. None of them have even hit 50 views. Has this happened to anyone else, where shorts take off but long form just doesn't move? What'd you do about it, if anything? Or did it eventually just work itself out? Trying to figure out if I just need to be patient or if I'm messing something up. Also thinking about just going 100% shorts. What do you guys think?
