Being the best *for* the space, not the best *in* the space Also- curiosity, humility and desire to see others reach and surpass where you are leading from
Overwhelm
Overwhelm is not proof that life is too big. It's usually proof that clarity, sequencing, and self-permission are missing... Thoughts?

A coach told me once that overwhelm is often a commitment to being “not enough”. That’s always stuck with me
Community Is Built on Presence
Community isn’t built by being impressive. It’s built by being real. Showing up when you don’t have it all figured out. Listening instead of performing. Engaging even when it feels uncomfortable. That’s where trust forms. That’s where leadership is practiced. That’s where transformation actually happens. Wisdom check 👇 What’s one meaningful contribution you can make in this community this week? A question. A reflection. A truth you’ve been sitting with... Small actions = Big ripples.

I’ve been considering the lines between accountability and beat up, between gratitude and complacency, between allowing and laziness. I don’t have answers to share but I can say I am experiencing the most peace and joy when I shift my focus to “what’s next” / what’s right in front of me that I can either: A. enjoy just as it is B. take in a direction that excites me C. ideally both
Motivation is a by-product...
A lot of people think motivation creates change. That if we just want it bad enough, we’ll finally stay consistent. But motivation is unreliable. It spikes… and then it disappears. So then the question becomes, what actually creates motivation? I think it is safety...safety in our body and in our systems. When our nervous system doesn’t feel overwhelmed, motivation shows up naturally. When the next step feels manageable, we move. When we trust ourselves to follow through, motivation becomes a byproduct - not the goal. I don't think motivation doesn’t come first. Self-trust does. Motivation follows action that feels safe enough to repeat. That’s how consistency is built. Not by pushing harder, but by creating conditions you can actually sustain. What helps you feel safe enough to start? Let me know your thoughts!

Self-trust rings the most true for me. Confidence and momentum also come to mind *and* those are byproducts of self-trust. Passion and/or authenticity are essential too, in my experience.

The illusion of separation… something I believe we all came here to forget and remember. A deepening sense of one-ness has raised the quality of my life experience considerably For me personally, I’ve shifted from a focus on creating to choosing/allowing. It’s a subjective preference and not worth getting too into the weeds with (like how Source/Universe/God/life all mean the same thing) … most of the things that have come into my experience were not specifically asked for, yet I open myself to them bc I trust they are part of life “filling in the details” to ‘get me to’ what I have asked for specifically So from the big macro view, “I” am creating everything in this life experience (as are we all)… where the micro is concerned tho, I prefer the way my ego relates to surrender/allowing vs creating. For me personally, my previous insistence on ‘creating my way’ was limiting the unlimited The TLDR = complete trust is genuinely life-changing
