Hi, I am Chris from New Zealand. Got my 58th birthday coming up next week, and although I have been fit and healthy all of my life I have been struggling with a hip issue for the past couple of years, due more to inactivity (ended up in a desk job) than anything else. I have recently returned to Karate (I used to run a dojo in the 90's), in the hopes that the increased movement would help. But it sorta sucks knowing what I used to be able to do, and be unable to do it now (particularly kicks, which are pathetic with this hip issue). Anyway I am doing mobility exercises every day to try and limber up my hip. I have a couple of kettle bells, so I thought I would check this group out. ๐
