Good Quote?
You know that moment when you read something and it just *clicks*? Like the author reached into your chest and named the thing you've been feeling but couldn't quite say out loud. That's what a good quote does. It stops you. It reminds you that you're not alone in your struggle or your dream. I'm thinking about starting something this week — sharing passages that hit different. Real words from real people who've been where you are. Not motivational fluff. Just honest, useful truth. What's a quote or idea that's actually changed how you see yourself or your path? Drop it below — I'd love to hear what's been landing for you lately.

Referring to the attached quote... What I think is interesting is that there is a base level of competence required. You need talent to hit the target. Both the genius and the talented person must hit the target. But to be perceived as an order of magnitude better, as a genius rather than merely talented, all you need to do is to hit the target nobody else was looking at. Or more specifically you articulate that this is the target, and why this is an important target, and when you hit this target you are not just talented, you are visionary. - A genius.
My morning shower thought of the day:
Don't chase happiness; pursue clarity. That's how you walk in the sunshine.

What if.....
Here's a question I've been sitting with: What if the reason you can't find your purpose isn't that you haven't looked hard enough—but because you're still operating from someone else's definition of who you're supposed to be? A lot of us are living on inherited scripts. Family expectations. Career paths that looked good on paper. The reset has to happen first. Before you can discover what's truly yours, you've got to get honest about what isn't. What's one belief about yourself that you've been carrying around—and secretly wondering if it's even true?

I had an epiphany this morning. I realised that in another way losing my job might be the best thing for me, as I can finally integrate my work and life in a way I never have. My work has never had much to do with my life. They were separate things. But if I start coaching speakers, which is what I did as a volunteer for a decade, then I am effectively integrating what I love to do in my life with what I do for work...
Tentative Launch Party Planning...
So, I have a tentative launch party hang-out planned for later this month. I'd love to see us run a member drive to reach 25 or so by then. I am offering the 40% affiliate commission, so if you know anyone who wants to be a part of a real identity-paradigm shift... let's do this!!!!! Otherwise, I will party and 'hang out' solo! LOL. Seriously, share the group, please. Let's make this a fun place to be.

I have been flat out the last week with a bunch of stuff. Still got quite a bit on, but I will see what I can do. I haven't got any further in the book, and I haven't kept up my daily journalling...
I've spent about two hours looking...
I've spent time looking at communities, reading, absorbing styles, offers, etc. Other than time and being reactive to requests, there is no real 'magic' to get users (free or otherwise); is there? I'm still not seeing how people stumble in on communities. I am promoting outside and forcing people to leave 'FB" or Instagram to 'join' another community seems ...like a pain point. I don't see many stumble-ups on my community. I'm open to suggestions.

@Bo McCoy I think joining and engaging in a few other communities is helpful. It does depend on how quickly you want to scale. If you want to grow much faster I think you need a dialled-in offer of some description and do either paid or organic ads/content to drive people to the offer and your Skool community.
