I find ChatGPT is generally my go-to for rewording/drafting emails to clients. But we also use Saturn CoPlanner to record/transcrobe/summarise client interactions. It's worked wonders for our annual review process and helps to evidence all the relevant discussion points

We trialled Fireflies earlier in the year and it was good. However, we are working with Saturn to improve our AR process. The hope is that they will be able to pre-populate our AR letter from the meeting notes recorded on their app. Work in progress at the moment but getting there!
