I recently bought my first property that is a main house and guest house on the same lot. Got the guest house live a few weeks ago because the main house needed some work. Well this week we finished up the work on the main house, got it live and got our first booking for it!

What do you do to try and get clients?
Cold call? Run ads? Network with realtors? Offer something for FREE as a promotion? Offer “discounted” service?
