Im not the first to say so, but everyone here needs to read Never Split The Difference by Chris Voss. My client was blacklisted by a large highway authority in the middle of their patch. Using the techniques, i managed to get them off the blacklist in less than 10 minutes without giving anything away. £2000 for 90 minutes work (including the preparation)
