The Practice of Coming Back to Yourself
🌿 Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about authority. Not in the big worldly sense, but in the everyday way it shows up inside us. The Akashic Records have been showing me that personal authority is often less about confidence and more about self-return. Coming back to yourself after: - getting pulled into someone else’s emotions/drama - doubting what you already knew - over-carrying - over-explaining - trying to keep the peace at your own expense - I still catch myself doing this. Sometimes surprisingly fast 😅 The Akashic Records don’t shame us for this. There is no Judgement. No "right" or 'wrong". They don’t say: “Why are you still doing that?” They say: 💛 Of course. Of course you learned to move through the world that way. Of course you developed those patterns. Of course you step out of yourself sometimes. And from that place, you can begin to come back to yourself. That’s the part that’s been sitting with me lately. Not becoming a perfectly healed person who never gets pulled into anything ever again, but becoming someone who notices sooner. Someone who returns with more kindness. Someone who stays connected to themselves a little longer each time. That feels much more real to me. We’re going to be exploring this much more deeply over the next couple of weeks 💛 🌿 Next week, May 20/26 I’ll be hosting a FREE workshop "When the Life You Built No Longer Fits: Finding Yourself Again Through the Akashic Records" (details coming soon) 🌕 Then on May 28/26 we’ll gather for our Live Akashic Experience around Personal Authority (everyone is welcome) And because so many of you have been asking… ✨ Beginning June 4/26, I’ll also be teaching my Live Akashic Records Foundations Course. More details are coming very soon. It feels like we’re moving into a really beautiful season together. For now, I’d love to know: 👉 What’s something you’re beginning to see differently about yourself lately?
