The Practice of Coming Back to Yourself
🌿 Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about authority. Not in the big worldly sense, but in the everyday way it shows up inside us. The Akashic Records have been showing me that personal authority is often less about confidence and more about self-return. Coming back to yourself after: - getting pulled into someone else’s emotions/drama - doubting what you already knew - over-carrying - over-explaining - trying to keep the peace at your own expense - I still catch myself doing this. Sometimes surprisingly fast 😅 The Akashic Records don’t shame us for this. There is no Judgement. No "right" or 'wrong". They don’t say: “Why are you still doing that?” They say: 💛 Of course. Of course you learned to move through the world that way. Of course you developed those patterns. Of course you step out of yourself sometimes. And from that place, you can begin to come back to yourself. That’s the part that’s been sitting with me lately. Not becoming a perfectly healed person who never gets pulled into anything ever again, but becoming someone who notices sooner. Someone who returns with more kindness. Someone who stays connected to themselves a little longer each time. That feels much more real to me. We’re going to be exploring this much more deeply over the next couple of weeks 💛 🌿 Next week, May 20/26 I’ll be hosting a FREE workshop "When the Life You Built No Longer Fits: Finding Yourself Again Through the Akashic Records" (details coming soon) 🌕 Then on May 28/26 we’ll gather for our Live Akashic Experience around Personal Authority (everyone is welcome) And because so many of you have been asking… ✨ Beginning June 4/26, I’ll also be teaching my Live Akashic Records Foundations Course. More details are coming very soon. It feels like we’re moving into a really beautiful season together. For now, I’d love to know: 👉 What’s something you’re beginning to see differently about yourself lately?

🌿 The “Garden Check-In” (But Make It Honest 😄)
Before we tiptoe out of April… Let’s NOT do a serious reflection post. Let’s do this instead 👇 If your inner world was a garden right now...today, which one are you? Be honest… no “perfect spiritual answers” allowed 😄 🌱 A few tiny sprouts… but mostly dirt 🌿 Wild and overgrown… no clear path in sight 🌼 Random beautiful blooms mixed with “what is that doing here?” 🍂 Currently in a “please don’t ask me to grow anything” phase 🌸 Surprisingly blooming… and not quite sure how that happened 🌵 Low maintenance… but also slightly guarded Or… describe your own version 😂 I’ll go first… 🌿 Mine feels like a mix of “oh that’s growing nicely” and “how did THAT get in here??” 🤣 Yup… that feels about right. No fixing. No judging. Just noticing what’s there. Let’s hear yours 👇

I'm the bee exploring the beauty of this wonderful place. Coming into Winter here in South Africa, but warm enough for bees.
A Question for Your Records
Happy Saturday!! The temperature outside is finally going to start staying above 0c...at least during the daytime...starting this weekend in my part of the world 🌍🍁🤣 And...I saw my 1st Robin and Blue Jay this past week. True harbingers of Spring, imo. I couldn't be happier! (I do not enjoy the cold weather 🥶 Can you tell?🤣 ) To celebrate this momentous occasion.... I opened up my Records and asked my MTLO's "Why did I choose to stay in Canada and not to move to a warmer climate when I was younger?" The answer truly surprised me. Check it out in the comments below 👇 So, here's my question for you: If you could ask your Records one question today, what would it be? You don’t have to go in yet. Just notice what comes up. * But if you do go in...what came up for you? Feel free to share.*

I've always been an explorer - physically and spiritually. But my soulmate needed security and I needed her. Close as I could get. So UK was our home for our entire life together. When she passed just over 2 years ago, It was never a sense of freedom that I felt but an invitation to explore new worlds. I'm sure she's here with me - I read recently about the hereafter and how it breaks down into here-after life. South Africa has been my choice. Durban has year round sun and ocean but it has, in the people here, a joy for life that I much needed. It also is the perfect place for me to demonstrate my purpose in life - to help those who can't help themselves. Where she went, sunshine followed us. And that sunshine now permeates every cell of my being. It feels like home.

The Caretaker Soul is intriguing. I believe that what we give to, and do for, others, we do for ourselves. Sacred self-love might suggest we need to focus more on our own soul?

@Karen Wyatt That's it exactly - to include ourselves in the circle.

My resistance whispers "you don't have to go deep on everything. Some things require you to soft-pedal."
