If a lead calls the AI during an SMS conversation how can I get my bot to acknowledge it and respond like “did you just call? Would you like me to arrange a callback?”. Right if a lead called my bot doesn’t know.

Does anyone know a hack to get around the issue of when a lead sends 2 x SMS before the bot has time to respond to the first SMS? Arghhhh.
