Self Love
The most important relationship we have is the one with ourselves. What are the ways you show yourself love and how can you incorporate more self love into your daily practices & routines?
Have you set NY goals? Try breaking them down into these 3 categories!
I recently listened to a podcast that explained a powerful way to breakdown goals into three categories: breakthrough goals, result goals, and process goals. Each serves a unique purpose in achieving personal growth and success. Breakthrough Goals are the big, life-changing dreams that fuel passion and excitement. These goals are often bold and transformative, like launching a business or making a career shift. Setting your intention behind breakthrough goals is critical because it gives you a reason to keep pushing forward. These goals should inspire you and evoke hope, pushing you beyond your comfort zone toward something that feels truly epic. Result Goals are the tangible, measurable outcomes you need to reach in order to achieve your breakthrough goals. These are the steps that break down your larger vision into manageable pieces. Result goals are about creating clear milestones with specific timeframes. They give you a sense of progress and accomplishment, reinforcing your belief that you are capable of success. When you hit these targets, it validates your journey and shows your subconscious that you are moving toward your breakthrough. Achieving result goals builds confidence and strengthens your trust in yourself. Process Goals are the small, daily actions and habits that support your larger Result and Breakthrough Goals. These are often the most overlooked but are arguably the most important. They’re the tiny, consistent steps that help you create habits, stay aligned with your vision and build momentum. By focusing on process goals, you are consistently showing up for yourself, creating sustainable growth, and ensuring that the big goals stay within reach. Put simply, Breakthrough Goals provide vision and excitement, Result Goals offer tangible steps, and Process Goals create the daily discipline needed to stay on track.
Happy New Year!
As we step into the new year, it’s the perfect time to reflect on the past and envision how we want to show up in 2025. While setting goals and intentions is essential, it’s equally important to make sure they’re realistic and tangible. We’ve all heard that 80% of resolutions fail by February—so let’s focus on achievable goals that keep us consistent and on track throughout the year. Let’s start small and build momentum for lasting change!

What habits are you leaving behind, and what habits are you bringing into the new year?
As we approach the new year, it's the perfect opportunity to reflect on the habits you're ready to leave behind and those you want to bring into 2025. Take some time to reflect and visualise the person you want to become—what do they value, how do they show up in the world, and what habits help them thrive? Whether it’s committing to health goals, practising self-care, staying more focused, or embracing gratitude, identifying these habits now will set you on a path to growth. With one month left in 2024, it’s the perfect time to start identifying the habits you’d like to leave behind and the ones you need to start embodying.
Living in alignment with your individual values
Living in alignment with your individual values starts with taking the time to really understand what matters most to you. By reflecting on your own goals, beliefs, and passions, you can break free from the pressure to follow the crowd and stop mindlessly going through the motions. When you live true to yourself, life begins to flow more naturally, decisions feel clearer, and you’ll feel more fulfilled and connected to your true self. It’s a path that’s not just about doing what everyone else is doing but about creating a life that’s truly your own.
