How do you deal with distractions?
I feel like I get distracted so easily with social media, so I'm just wondering if anyone has had that same problem. How did you go about fixing it, or at least finding help through scripture

YESS! I just disabled it cold turkey, but I understand that that is probably hard for a lot of people, so I would suggest going on a fast from socials for a few days or a week, and while you do that, you should pray constantly and read the Bible, and when you come back, analyze the feeling you have. For me, when I went back to YouTube, went back to the same habits and started getting addicted again, so I decided to only watch long-form content for the time being. Hope this helps. God bless

Do you have any hobbys you enjoy doing in your free time like sports or activitys? I've been lately getting into cooking/baking so I'd love to hear some like family friendly hobbys I can do with my little brother over the weekend! 🤍

I mostly just play the guitar and make music. Idk if you play an instrument, and idk if that's really a two-person activity because I mostly just do it alone, but that's what I do
