For me, it really depends on the context. Unique and novel items definitely catch my eye at first they spark curiosity and make a brand memorable in the moment. But over time, I find the utilitarian items stick with me longer because I actually use them daily, and every time I do, it reinforces the brand without feeling pushy. So ideally, the best giveaways are a mix: something creative enough to grab attention, but also practical enough to stay relevant.
