Biggest bottleneck right now: It was initially getting my first customer (finally got to a point where I needed to focus on my business after spending time doing everything around my business like building a brand, events, partnerships which didn't convert btw)- it was good for data but now I'm actually focused on the business and working with a consultant atm which I am grateful for. I'll come back with an update on bottleneck after this milestone! One task you want off your plate: Having a system that automates my task for my business so I don't feel so scatter brain and overwhelmed as a Founder and CEO since I also manage contractors on the tech side of my business and marketing side with a 9-5. Your 90-day goal: Obsess with my customer, understand them and cater to them, understand my business model- pricing, distribution- go from pre-revenue to revenue!
