so what is going on lol
lately I've been feeling so much chaos & overwhelm... like I get that my life is normally pretty chaotic but this feels EXCESSIVE like I can't catch a breath!! Is anyone else feeling this energy? 🌀

it feels like massive psychic attacks back to back. I’m Doing well enough but everyone in my life has had headaches, been dysregulated, and dealing with a lot of challenges.
