Started BPC + KPV cycle
Hey Gang, Wanted to share, keeping it boring, but I just started a cycle of KPV and BPC. 5 days on, 2 days off, and holy smokes, I feel incredible. My recovery to my workouts was so positive. Today I sprinted after months, and my joints just felt absolutely incredible. Wanted to share this because sometimes we (mostly myself) lol forget about the basics. Next, I'm going to layer in the other close stack and see if I notice a meaningful difference. For me, BPC and KPV have always been the most helpful of the stack, but I'll see if the other two make a difference for me. And I'll share with the community once i do : )

so NOT boring! remembering the basics is how we make it digestible to people just now getting interested in peps who would greatly benefit from them! I've been considering this simple stack myself, and as someone with some joint issues, this is great to hear! would love to hear of any other benefits you noticed from the basics this time! I'm about to get back into lifting and am gonna need all the help I can get lol
Dislocated shoulder Pain
My sister dislocated her shoulder a while back, and even after it was put back in place, she's still dealing with severe pain. We've been to the ER multiple times, but each time it's the same outcome, pain medication and an ice pack, with no real answers. Has anyone tried BPC-157 or TB-500 for something like this? Curious if it actually helps in her case.

Awais's information is top tier but just giving myself as an example... Because I am often having some form of a subluxation (not quite a dislocation but still causes some pain) and quite often pulling muscles around my body.... anyway, my go to has been BPC 157 and TB-500 and I'd say it probably halves the amount of time I feel the debilitating pain. HIGHLY recommend this for your sister. Long term, if it keeps happening... I'd say she may definitely need some form of physical therapy or consistent gentle movement. If she's hyper mobile or something especially. I notice I get the most subluxations/muscle pulls/etc when I'm not doing yoga.
Still thinking about last weeks webinar
I am still thinking about last week's webinar, talking about the different immune phenotypes was incredibly helpful for my own peptide journey! I'm very appreciative of you giving guidance on which peptides specifically are beneficial for the different phenotypes. I'm really loving the specific protocol-related guidance that you're giving us in the webinars right now. Hoping for more!
GLP Webinar Part 2: Dosages- This Thursday (@ 3 pm PT)
Part two of the GLP Metabolic Chemistry series is here. Episode one was a great discussion, and if you missed it, the replay's already posted here in the community. This time we're going deep on dosages and protocols: titration schedules for the various GLPs, how to adjust for patient response. We'll also open it up to the clinical questions we didn't get to last time, including combination strategies and how to handle patients who aren't responding as expected. We may even end with a vote on where we take the series next. I have a feeling GLPs are going to win that one :) https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_HCJStV-7Sj-9tgsKnxPtAA#/registration This will be Thursday, August 13th at 3 p.m. PST. Register and you'll get the recording either way. Looking forward to seeing you there!

Reta. unlocked Dream Physique!!
Wanted to share this story from a chat with a community member. She is 36 years old and has been struggling with Inflammation, edema (water), is the tension for the past six years. Tried a variety of functional protocols and made only small amounts of progress. After being on Reta around 2 mg/week for the past six months, she has lost 11 lbs., And is in the best shape of her life! I hadn't seen her for the entire six-month period, and it honestly took me a few minutes to recognize her, which is a testament to how transformative these molecules can be!
