Cane Training
Hey guys! I'm curious and still pretty new to BBA, but are there any good resources for training with a cane? I'm 49 years old with cancer and need some "light impact" tai chi type training that could help build me up physically and confidently.

Any techniques involving Hanbo will translate to cane pretty well. A great book to start with is stick fighting by Masaki Hatsumi. It would help with a lot of basics.

@Kyle Mahadeo I second this. Learn to no spin throw. Way more consistent and transferable.

Hanbo?
I'm hoping there will be more content on the use of the Hanbo. Absolutely love this weapon and would love to become more proficient in it's use.
