Within on hour, two others decide to lift! THE HORROR!!! Thank goodness for Vivian! These are some pretty serious first world problems. 😂😂

I'll go first: 1 - I drank straight from the garden hose and survived. 2 - I knew it was time to go home when the streetlights came on. No phone, no text, just... the streetlights. 3 - And my Saturday mornings were either He-Man or Smurfs (be honest, you just heard the theme song in your head). Speaking of, the new Masters of the Universe movie is out, so apparently my childhood is officially "vintage" now. I'm a real estate investor, educator, amazon best-selling author, and creative finance queen who has been investing for 20+ years using strategies including wholesaling, wholetailing, fix-and-flips, buy-and-hold rentals, seller financing, subject-to transactions, and short-term rentals. What I enjoy most isn't a specific asset class—it's solving problems and structuring deals. In fact, my first deal started with no money, no experience, and no credibility. I had to borrow $1 from the seller for my earnest money deposit because I literally didn't have it. 24 hours later, I made $8,000 on that deal. It taught me a lesson I've carried through every transaction since: creativity often beats capital. Since then, I've invested across the country, raised capital, structured creative deals, and helped others get started in real estate. Some of my favorite transactions are the ones everyone else thought couldn't be done. I've found that the most profitable opportunities often come from asking better questions and looking at deals differently than everyone else. That's why I'm excited to be here learning from and contributing to a community of "highly paid problem-solvers." Outside of real estate, I'm a wife, mom of two young investors (both bought investment properties as teenagers - they are also in the community and train the younger generation), animal lover, and someone who genuinely enjoys helping people see opportunities where others see obstacles.
