Public service announcement !! ⚠️‼️
I am noticing more and more fake homeowners out there trying to scam people. For example I reached out to this Facebook post that was "Renting out" their property for like $750 (This is in PA). So I reached out and had the convo with them, fast forward they tried getting me to pay for this $47 "Application Fee". Thought it was a little fishy for a few reasons. Come to find out I asked my friend from PA and he said it's a scam ! Once you fill out your credit card info. on their website (Which looks legit) they'll steal your info. ! So just be careful guys if you're talking to a seller and they want you to send them any type of money before seeing the property or meeting with them.

I have received a couple of calls from renters in other states stating that scammers are using MY INFORMATION as a realtor and are posting fake rentals as well, scamming people out of their "refundable" deposits. TENANTS, NEVER pay a deposit or application fee until you have seen the property and can verify the legitimacy of the person asking for your money. If they are asking for money up front, that's usually the best sign to keep on looking and walk away!!!

Good morning everyone! My name is Keith Furtado. I'm 23, based in Edison, and working on my first two flips right now and working on building a lead gen pipeline to support my flipping business and potentially wholesale the rest. Excited to meet and connect with you all! Background - Worked at a few developers and syndicators as an analyst and last worked in construction management to get a more hands on feel for the development and renovation process. My goals: Scale flipping business focusing on the lead generation side and gap financing aspect, build my capital to eventually roll into multifamily which is inefficient to improve operations and BRRRR, to get to a point where I have the capital and cashflow to support my goals of eventually developing large multifamily.
