I'm finally able to watch some of the training videos. What concerns me the most is managing. Understanding the laws and regulations in various states investing in. I know that's what property managers provide as their expertise, but I feel vulnerable not know what I don't know. I have to find a way to not feel so vulnerable.

Starting from scratch. I need to pick my market and go from there. I'd love to learn what markets other team members are working in or considering?

I'm now up to 1.4 lesson. Going back to what my initial fear was is management. Hiring the right people is critical. I will have to lean in more and trust that the processes I learn and implement will bring me peace of mind the pm vendor knows their craft and will minimize my risk.
