Let me train your board members LIVE next Wednesday!
Hey everyone! If you have a nonprofit organization, we need to get your board trained! Send your board members this link so they can learn how to raise funds. Register here (send them this link): EVERYONE must register. https://us06web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_02DK9NgcQe2kcFry3Jz3Ww#/registration This live board training is designed for nonprofit organizations that are ready to move their board from passive oversight to active leadership, fundraising, and fiduciary excellence. Executive Directors who are members of our free Skool community may register and send their board members using the link provided in the official communication. This is not a motivational session. It is a working training focused on governance, accountability, and funding readiness taught from the perspective of what funders, foundations, and institutions actually expect to see from a board. Outcomes for Board Members By the end of this training, board members will clearly understand: 1. Their legal, fiduciary, and ethical responsibilities as board members 2. The difference between governance and management and where boards often overstep or underperform 3. How strong boards directly impact grant readiness, donor confidence, and long-term sustainability 4. Their role in fundraising beyond “giving or getting,” including influence, access, and stewardship 5. How to read and ask the right questions about financials, programs, and risk Credibility & Facilitation This training is led by Ty Woods, Founder & CEO of BusinessGrants Inc., with over 17 years of experience building, advising, and correcting boards for nonprofits (including her own) ranging from startups to million-dollar organizations. Ty has helped organizations secure millions in grants and non-dilutive funding by strengthening governance, financial infrastructure, and board effectiveness because funders fund institutions, not intentions.
