Welcome Thersa. I hope you are blessed on today. I can identify with your story concerning health issues. I had neck surgery in 2020, during the Covid time. It took alot of praying and trusting God. Sis take one day at a time. So now that you've made your request known, God will give you the desires of your heart. Continue to walk by faith and take care of yourself.

Good Inspiration for today. I'm so grateful to be where I am. I understand its not a race to get to the finish line, but the reality is being in the race. I am praying for an continuous spirit of persistency, consistency and no procrastination in my life. I know everyone has the ability to thrive where they are. Sometimes you have to be your own hype person, or wing woman. Word for thought: "If you don't do it, who is going to do it for YOU"?
Leaving the Past Behind
Scripture: “Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?” — Isaiah 43:18–19 (NIV) Devotional Thought: There comes a moment when God invites us to look at ourselves—not with regret, but with resolve. The mirror doesn’t reflect our mistakes; it reflects our becoming. What once hurt you does not have permission to define you. God specializes in new beginnings, even when the old chapters still whisper. Today, you’re not denying the past—you’re releasing it into God’s hands so you can step forward lighter, wiser, and free. Action Step: Stand in front of a mirror today and say out loud: “I release what was, and I receive what God is doing next.” Then take one small step that aligns with the future God is calling you toward.

I'm so inspired to know that it is written and explained by the Apostle Paul, advised us of leaving our past behind us, but reaching for what is ahead of us. I believe some of our past cripples us from what we need to do
Weekly Motivation
You keep reaching for something bigger and better because there’s more inside you. That hunger isn’t lack—it’s purpose calling you forward. Stay locked in and move with intention. “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” — Jeremiah 29:11
